After the order is fulfilled & shipped out, delivery time is as follows;
Domestic Delivery:
5-8 business days once processed & shipped
International Delivery:
18-20 business days once processed & shipped

NOTE: Order processing during sale/promotions/restock/new releases may take longer due to high volume of orders
Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered at checkout. Pre-shipment status does NOT mean the order has been shipped. Pre-shipment means that Australia Post has been advised of the tracking number (mailing label) that will be used to track your parcel once shipped.
Custom / Personalized Orders:
THE CUSTOM COLLECTION products require 40 business days to be produced, and will be shipped thereafter.
Lost / Stolen Packages:
LIBRA THE LABEL is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once you receive your tracking information and confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Successfully Delivered Packages:
LIBRA THE LABEL is NOT responsible for any packages that have been successfully delivered via your courier. If, for whatever reason, there is a concern with your delivery, it must be by written email within 7 days of your delivery. Please email info@librathelabel.com
