Payouts will be processed on a monthly basis, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold. Payments will be made via [method of payment], as specified by you in your affiliate account.
4. Compliance with FTC Guidelines
Affiliates are required to comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements. This includes clearly stating that any links you share are affiliate links and that you may earn a commission from purchases made through those links. Failure to disclose this may result in the termination of your affiliate account.
5. Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Libra the Label trademarks, logos, and branding materials provided to you solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of any Libra the Label assets without express permission.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, and promotional materials, remain the exclusive property of Libra the Label.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via email. Upon termination, you must remove all references to Libra the Label and cease promoting your affiliate link immediately.
