Will my LTL pieces fade?

Solid stainless steel is fundamentally tarnish-proof and waterproof. To give our capsules their warm, rich glow, we finish our steel bases with a heavy, ultra-durable 18K Gold PVD vacuum coating. Unlike cheap fashion jewelry that turns your skin green in a week, our life-proof staples are designed to survive daily showers, gym sessions, and beach runs for years. Over a long period of time (usually years of intense daily wear), minimal signs of gradual wear can appear from natural skin oils and surface friction, but your base metal will never tarnish or corrode.
